Terms & Conditions – Coaching and Energetic Sessions

Article 1 – General

These terms and conditions apply to all services, sessions, consultations and appointments offered by the practitioner through the website, online or on location.

By booking a session, the client declares that they agree to these terms and conditions.

Article 2 – Nature of the services

The sessions offered, including coaching, Emotion Code and other energetic or holistic techniques, are aimed at personal development, awareness and general wellbeing.

The services are not intended as a replacement for medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment. The practitioner does not make medical diagnoses and does not give medical advice.

Article 3 – Client’s own responsibility

The client remains responsible at all times for their own physical, mental and emotional health.

In the case of physical or psychological complaints, the client is advised to contact a qualified doctor, psychologist or other authorised healthcare provider.

Article 4 – Results

The results of coaching or energetic sessions may differ from person to person. No guarantee can be given regarding specific results or outcomes.

Article 5 – Appointments and cancellations

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

In the case of cancellation within 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, the practitioner may charge the full session fee.

Article 6 – Payment

Payment must be made according to the agreed conditions. This may take place before the session or immediately afterwards, unless otherwise agreed.

Article 7 – Liability

The practitioner is not liable for direct or indirect damage, physical or emotional reactions, or other consequences arising from participation in sessions.

The client participates in sessions voluntarily and under their own responsibility.
